Warranty & Returns

Returns:
Single Track Hobbies will accept returns up to 30 days after the sale and at a 15% restocking fee. The product must be in new condition and/or never been installed (decoders).

Warranty:
Single Track Hobbies stands behind all the products that we sell. However, if you should encounter a problem with a product (upon receipt or within the warranty period*) per the manufacture request, it will need to be returned to the manufacturer.

*If there is a production or manufacturing issue with a product, the manufacturer needs to track the issue and fix the problem.
